• Within 2 Hours: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of payment. A 95% refund will be issued to cover administrative and credit card fees.
• After 2 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled after 2 hours as the shipping process begins immediately.

Product Quality and Defects

• Quality Check: All Feel Good Doll dolls undergo a thorough quality check before leaving the factory.
• Defects on Arrival: If your doll has any defects upon arrival and has not been used, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping costs are not covered.
